Having grown up with two “Type A” worry-wort parents, my tendency has always been to worry more than I need to. I am a planner by nature, I like to be organized, I like predictability and I am also a perfectionist. Many of these attitudes have relaxed and found some balance over the years, but nonetheless I have had my fair share of experience with anxiety and obsession.
