Sin is the Disease, Christ is the Cure
Today's healthy tip:
Listen to this message:
Imagine that you get a call from your doctor and he tells you that the results of your recent important lab tests have arrived. He urges you to call him back as soon as you have a spare moment, and his voice is somber and stern. When you do call him back, he picks up immediately and, skipping the usual formalities, gets straight to the point:
“Listen, I have some bad news,” he says. A heavy silence fills the air, but not wanting to let it linger, he continues immediately.
“You have a congenital disease that will surely lead to death. There’s only one cure, but the requirement is that you continue treatment. The good news is that the treatment is 100% effective in everyone who follows it. I know this can be a lot to take in, so I want you to know that I’m here for you as your advocate. I’ve never lost a single patient and everyone I’ve treated with your condition has healed.”
My question to you today is, if such a thing were to happen — would you take the cure?
Sadly today the answer for most of the world is “no.”
